Oleg at RusMilitary used to be very good. Not ordered from him for some time but got most my modern MVD kit from him.

He pretty much sells nearly everything SPLAV make and SPLAV sponsor a lot of interior ministry units and police milita.

www.rusmilitary.com

Great place for chest rigs, assault vests, Omon blue tigerstripe kit etc

Got to be http://www.soviet-propaganda.com - Dmitry is the contact there - they sell all sorts of Russian kit, assault vests ANA & SPOSN, camo etc also Spetsnaz airsoft guns (be interested to hear if anyone has bought one??).

Quite a bit of the stuff on the web site is 'out of stock' but Dmitry regularly updates his stock situation on the Red-Alliance forum and he does reply to email.

Bought twice takes about 3 weeks to arrive, customs may slap on VAT if you're unlucky :(

Can highly recommend Soviet propaganda, if its not on the web site email it and Dmitry will let you know if he can get it.

Got my smesrsh rig, gorka and 6B13 body armour from him with no trouble. Really should use them some time

On the contrast Rus Militry was massively unhelpful about simple questions when I was looking for some VSR a while ago, could have been an off day.

Soviet Propaganda 3/5. http://www.soviet-propaganda.com/

Used him alot in the past but have found Dmitri's service a little lack lustre in the last year or so. Had to take out a paypal dispute with him last year as it took him 2 months to send out a package and was slow to respond to e-mail. He was apologetic and posted it inside the EU (no tax) free of charge. He speaks english so you can e-mail him. Might just have got unlucky as he has an excellent rating on Red Alliance Forum. He will try and source stuff that is out of stock for you. Orders over $1000 he will post in Finland so no tax.

Frontowiec.com */5 http://www.frontowiec.com/index.php

Never used this Polish based company but he comes highly recommended from the Red Alliance Forum. Based in Poland so fast delivery and no tax. Good range of stuff but hit-and-miss on sizes etc.

eBay Seller Chaka98 5/5 http://stores.ebay.c...=p2047675.l2568

Superb ebayer. Used her loads (her name is Olga), and she is great at sourcing stuff.  Shes excellent for little odds and sods too. (Slings, gloves, boonies etc). She combines postage too.

Profarmy.ru */5 http://www.microsoft...ww.profarmy.ru/

Never used these, but apparantley they can be communicated with in english via e-mail. Have alot of very cheap equipment. Could get a chest rig, cap and BDUs for under $120. Have NO idea on quality though as I havent heard of any of the manufacturers. If anybody is going to order from these will they get me an OMON black baseball cap please.

Survival Corps 5/5 http://www.srvv.org/...survival_corps/

Survival Corps (or SRVV) are a Russian Company that make high end gear. You can buy straight from them via their internet store. And its in English. Quality on this stuff is excellent. But they are expensive (as are SPOSN but their website is entirely in Russian). Fast turnaround and postage and I've never had a problem with them. Respond to e-mails in English too. I do have a bit of an SRVV crush at the moment. They mainly supply the FSB but some high end MVD units (MVD Lynx VV) do use them.

Sovietarmystuff.com 4/5 http://sovietarmystuff.com/

I've bought a few items from him and never had a problem, however he does have a hit and miss reputation on the Red Alliance Forum.

Red Alliance Forum http://www.red-allia...hp?action=forum

Worldwide forum full of Russians and Americans dedicated to all things Russian/Soviet. they have their own Wiki section with info and a Sellers section. This can yield some great bargains if you know what to look for. Like all forums, buyer beware though.

Just to let you know guys. there is also a polish company called VSO. To be exact its belarussian company with a polish sales office. You can find them on facebook. They are doing many types of russian gear. I know that all their clothes are made in the same factory which is doin stuff for russian army and fabric is exacly the same. There are only a little changes in those uniformcut due to the belarussian law which is not allowing current military gear export. However I didnt notice any difference so i dont exacly know what they change. You can find their facebook profile with pictures etc. All polish lads playing on eversley are using those uniforms. I think prices are affordable as well. I dont know them exacly but I think its around 80-90 pounds for partizan medusa-M so much cheaper than frontowiec.com

Just checked out VSO - looks like a nice selection of kit and they seem friendly enough in their comments and responses.

Their Gorka-3 was a little more expensive than some places I've seen on ebay but since it appears you can pretty much request your size. Probably better than taking the gamble with an ebay purchase, I may try then out when I have the funds for the Gorka I've been wanting for about 3 years...

As I heard there is also a uk version of facebook profile called VSO UK with UK prices on it. I know that my mates were buying in bulk and they went down with a price significantly.
