just wanted to be the first post really

but the norwich woodland site is PERFECT for nam. especailly with the ferns at 4ft high, makes for some very very tense gaming as charlie could be absolutly anywhere

cannot wait for the first deployment weekend, something we are all very keen about smile.gif

see y'all in the shit

Ok then guys. Here are a few photos of the look that we are trying to go for. Basically 3rd pattern fatigues, M56 or M67 webbing, m1 helmet and a period gat. We won't be too anal with kit as we are not a living history group and as long as the basic look is there we are very flexible with 'period' kit smile.gif.

I have not given any serious thought to unit representation and will probably keep it ANON. However if anyone has any specific desires then just shout. Myself i'm badged as 7th AirCav biggrin.gif

I'd like to make it as milsim as possible, with 'O' groups prior to patrols etc etc. I think it will add to the ambience.

Here a few links to very useful sites. The first is basic hand signals used in the field, the others are instruction vids on typical events whilst on patrol.

oh got some cool instructional web sites as well

Hand & Arm signal's
