Full Milsim days at Gunman airsoft are suitable for more experienced players and are especially aimed at players who want a more realistic experience with plenty of time for flanking, taking their time and avoiding contact where possible.
The game lasts all day with no fixed break for lunch. Once in the field you are expected to stay out until end of game. Teams will have an HQ for kit stowage in game, this will not be a safe area and could come under contact at any time during the game.
Game play is usually a lot slower paced and tactical methods of completing objectives are normally preferable to full frontal assaults.
Players carry two bandages, when you are shot a team-mate must get to you and apply one of your bandages to get you back in the game. When you run out of bandages you can return to the game by visiting a fixed HQ or a mobile field pack.
You may only take a limited supply of ammunition with you, and can only reload at your HQ.
Working as a team is essential to completing the primary objectives although there are usually secondary objectives that are best acheived by a single or two man team sneaking around.
Radio communication between team members is highly recommended. A command radio will be issued to each team, and constant situation reports will be requested, as well as regular updates and objectives being issued from command.
You may bring any realistic weapon as long as it does not exceed the site power limits. Real-caps or low-caps are recommended. Two-tone guns and hi-cap mags will be permitted if you do not own anything else and wish to try out the gaming style before committing to a major purchase.
