I'm looking at importing this set of furniture from Zib in Germany

http://www.zib-milit...Products/100028

Seeing as these are essentially gun parts I'm not sure on the legality of this, can anyone shed some light?

That is correct. I would also be weary about getting a receiver too. Although a friend and I discussed it at length and both believe that if you really wanted you could buy the lot, through a gun shop, and have them demill it (in the case of gas parts). Although it would be quite expensive.

As above you'll be fine with those parts. Also Zib are pretty knowledgeable on what they can and cannot send to a particular country so I wouldn't worry too much.

Let me know if you need to email them, the missus is happy to translate.

Alrighty, thanks for the info chaps. I wasn't totally sure with the recoil rod being in the stock so I thought I'd ask. Your replies are appreciated.

What gun are you putting the recoil rod into? Out of curiosity.

I'm not, that'll have to come off before I fit it to my G3, but it's part of the package so it'll have to make it to the UK first
