The threat of the Longshanks gang and the siege of Shingle springs has finally come to an end. The military presence in the Black hills however has roused the Black Foot Indians once again and fighting between braves and soldiers continues. After one exchange, a huge cask of gunpowder was detonated and the shock wave brought down a landslide of epic proportions into Deadman’s Creek and lower valley. A party was assembled and whilst clearing the rubble away and searching for survivors, Ichabod Talent, a panning gold hunter from Deadman’s Creek found it. The Color! Small nuggets everywhere! A ‘GOLD RUSH’ was announce and shingle springs is bracing for the unstoppable influx of new people.
In other news.
The bank of Shingle Springs has pulled out and only the office in Clarkston has remained open. All monies must be sent via mailman or stuffed in ya mattresses! The Wing Kong Exchange has offered this mail service, but the money still needs to be sent!
A number of Ranchers have set up in the surrounding plains only a few miles away. It was requested that an auction takes place every month for cattle. It just so happens a new auction house had been set up for fine art and the auction house has also offered its services.
Although Guns are totally banned from town, the carrying of hand weapons has not!
Hi all and welcome to the next installment of Flying Lead. This is a totally free form and organic Wild West experience using airsoft and blank firing guns as well as larp weapons for combat. The only rule we ask is that everyone plays in the spirit of the game. Eye Larp’s magical quote of ‘react to everything and expect nothing’ is very much at the heart of Flying Lead and is now formed in words.
We have a huge amount of FREE LOAN kit and weapons we can lend out if you have nothing or gaps in your kit. This includes cooking and eating equipment. Come join the fun…
Please take a look at the basic rules for some idea of what the game is all about and a character to play. The key one is it’s all about making them $ and we have loads of ways in game to make a buck or too.
Feel free to arrive anytime on the Friday after 12pm to set up your camps and the key to the main gate will be hanging on the stop sign if your arriving late. There will be an area for both In Character (IC) camping and out of character (OC) camping.
In game times.
Registration will open 5pm Friday
Time in is when you’re ready on the Friday and will time-out no later than 2.00am Saturday morning. Friday is an in game social only! New players will be given money to spend in the saloons. Role-play and have fun.
Time in will continue at 10am Saturday morning after the 10am game briefing and guns down at 5pm (all guns must be emptied but can still be warn) time out again at 2.00am Sunday morning.
Time in Sunday at 10am and we will finish no later than 1.00pm Sunday.
Facilities on site
There is a tap for cooking and washing water at the front entrance of the site behind an old weighbridge. You will need to bring enough drinking water with you for the event.
We use porta loos onsite and they are for SITTING only. Anyone caught standing and peeing all over the loo seats will be handed cleaning stuff!!!!!!
Ticket price is £60
Or you can secure your place with a £30 deposit, the balance paid in cash at the event up to the balance of a full ticket price. £60.
On the gate ticket price will be the full ticket price + £20 hopefully this will give guys an incentive to pay up early.
Prices for events will always differ depending on location and the type of event so make sure you have read the booking information before sending any money.
All tickets and deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE but you can sell the tickets on to recuperate your ticket. Full details of the new ticket owner must be sent to email@example.com along with the name of the event and any other important booking information.
All pre-booking and payments should be made through our website www.eyelarp.com or Bank Transfer and please make clear which event you are booking onto, the name of those being booked on and the side/team/faction you are joining.
As with all bookings, please make sure you email us firstname.lastname@example.org with any reference number you have for the transaction and other event details.
A single day option may also be available on a number of our events and it will be made clear in the booking information what the price is. It will be a fixed price but will still need full payment before the deadline; otherwise the full ticket price will need to be paid.
To trade at any of our events please contact us on email@example.com with a brief description of the items you are selling. If there is room and no trade clashes we will reply with a booking reference number to be added to your booking payment. After which traders will be asked to pay the full tickets price to book their pitch. Follow the booking process and make sure you add your booking reference on the payment.
